Treatment is varied for different people.

A session could involve conventional chiropractic manipulation (SMT - spinal manipulative therapy) known as 'adjustments', the use of an instrument to perform these, muscle work in the form of trigger point therapy and the use of therapeutic ultrasound or interferential therapy.

I will also advise stretches and strengthening exercises as appropriate. Each session lasts approximately 20 minutes.
